NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Stacy, Minnesota (the “City”) will conduct a public hearing at the Lent Town Hall located at33155 Hemingway Ave., Stacy, Minnesota, on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be called to the floor, for the consideration of the proposed request of NS Investments LLC. to approve an abatement of property taxes on certain properties to provide funds for the proposed improvements to the property (ies) located in the Stacy, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.1812 through 469.1815, and further identified as follows:

Parcel Number: 19.00004.20

Location: Northwest corner of the intersection of Interstate 35 and Stacy Trail, Stacy, Minnesota, 55079.

Total Estimated Amount of Abatement: $40,340

The estimated tax abatement would be pledged for purpose of NS Investments building 12,000 square foot facility.

Any person wishing to be heard with respect to the proposed tax abatement will be heard orally or in writing at the public hearing. Written statements in respect to the proposed tax abatement must be submitted prior to Monday, March 10, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to Stacy City Hall, 30955 Forest Blvd., Stacy, MN 55079 or via email at acomstock@ stacymn.gov. Only those written submissions received prior to said date and time will be read into the public hearing.

The Stacy City Council will take up a resolution to approve the property tax abatement after the close of the public hearing.
