Commencing at the West Quarter corner of said Section 25; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 34 seconds East, assumed bearing along the south line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 25, a distance of 2612.56 feet; thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes 05 seconds East, 664.33 feet; thence North 89 degrees 13 minutes 47 seconds West, 209.23 feet; thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes 13 seconds East, parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 50.37 feet to the point of beginning; thence return South 00 degrees 46 minutes 13 seconds West, 50.37 feet; thence South 89 degrees 13 minutes 47 seconds East, 209.23 feet; thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes 05 seconds East, 19.82 feet; thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds East, 32.77 feet to the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 46 minutes 13 seconds East, along said east line, 104.50 feet; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds West, 209.01 feet to the west line of the East 209.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; the North 00 degrees 46 minutes 13 seconds East, along said west line, 4.76 feet; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds West, 101.00 feet; thence South 41 degrees 07 minutes 42 seconds East, 101.82 feet to the point of beginning.

(“Subject Property”).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaintiff is the owner in fee of the property described above, and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest or lien in or upon the Subject Property.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by Plaintiff against any of the Defendants.
