HALLBERG STORAGE, LLC PERSONAL PROPERTY ABANDONED 

Pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Section 345.75, notice is hereby given on behalf of Hallberg Storage, LLC of certain personal property abandoned at Hallberg Storage, LLC, 26470 Fallbrook Avenue, Wyoming, MN 55092.

The six-month period to remove the personal property has elapsed. 

The titled owner has thirty (30) days from the date of this notice to claim interest in the property described below. Otherwise, ownership of the property may be transferred to Hallberg Storage, LLC after the 30-day time period.

The owner or another person claiming an interest in the property may petition the district court to stay the transfer of ownership for a reasonable period to allow the removal of the property. The transfer is stayed while the petition is pending before the court.
