Kathy Jo Crain Fuhre Rogers Mills-Burns, age 72.

Kathy passed away January 30, 2024 at her home in Shafer surrounded by her family after a year long fight with cancer.

Born July 9th, 1952 to Don and Donna Crain on the Boulevard in front of her grandparents home on E 52nd in South Mpls.

She lived in the city until she was 14 and then moved to the farm in Shafer. She attended Chi High and graduated in 1970. After graduation, she moved back to Mpls, where she worked for Hennepin County in various departments. Kathy returned to Shafer with her kids in 1994. In her retirement, Kathy enjoyed researching family ancestry and came upon some long held family secrets.

Preceded in death by her father Donald, brother David and her most loved dog, Rowdy.

Kathy is survived by her children Abby Fuhre, Aaron and Noah Rogers, grandsons Devin and Jayden; mother Donna, sister Charlot, brother-in-law John, nephews Joel and Matthew; also, by her dogs Daisy and Wiley and cats Ember and Miglet.

You have been gone a year and we think of you everyday. You are missed more than you can imagine.
