Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree entered in the above entitled action on January 27, 2025, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises, hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above entitled action, as prescribed in the Judgment, the undersigned Sheriff of Chisago County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on April 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Sheriff's main office, Sheriff's Office, 15230 Per Road, Center City, MN, in the City of Center City, in said County and State, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree, to wit:
All that tract(s) of parcel(s) of land lying and being in the County of Chisago and State of Minnesota, described as follows, to- wit:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼ of SW¼) of Section Ten (10), Township Thirty-four (34) North, Range Twenty (20) West, Chisago County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 10; thence northerly, along the west line of said Section 10, a distance of 785 feet to the point of beginning; thence easterly, parallel with the south line of said Section 10, a distance of 200 feet; thence northerly, deflecting 90 degrees to the left, a distance of 113 feet; thence northeasterly, deflecting 82 degrees 00 minutes to the right to the center line of Oasis Road (also known as County State Highway No. 9); thence southeasterly, along said center line to the north line of the South 540 feet of said Southwest Quarter; thence westerly, along said north line to the west line of said Section 10; thence northerly, along said west line to the point of beginning.
REDEMPTION NOTICE
THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR'S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
