Keith V. Tuhy, age 71 passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025 at his home in North Branch.

Keith was born on December 23, 1953 in St. Paul to parents, Albert and Dorothy (Steffan) Tuhy.  He attended Sibley High School and graduated in 1972.  Keith served his country in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant from 1974 to his discharge in 1979.  He married Christina Sheffer on November 24, 1978 in West St. Paul.  Keith worked as a Quality Control Manager for Tempco Manufacturing in Mendota Heights.

He is survived by his wife Christina; sons, Damien (Kim), Mark (Jolene) and Steve (Heather); brothers and sisters, Pat (Lynn), Mike (Denise), Tim, Shawn (Kelly) Paula Kastner, Ann (Ev) and Colleen (Ray) Doocy; his seven grandchildren, Taylor, Olivia, Grace, Elliot, Faith, Owen and Ella and his one great granddaughter, Caroline.  Keith is preceded in death by his parents, brother Brian and stepfather Tim O’Connor.

A visitation will take place at Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 5 to 7 p.m. with a service starting at 7 p.m.  

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Tailgaters Sports Bar and Grill (6355 Elm St.) in North Branch from 1 to 4 p.m.  Family interment will take place at Sunrise Cemetery at a later date.

The family would like to give a special thank you to St. Croix Hospice for their care and compassion given to Keith.  

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
