Flora “Margie” Crescenzo

May 23, 1925 – March 24, 2025, formerly of Glenwater Farm in Chisago County, MN. At 99 years of age, Margie passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her loving family in Port Angeles, WA.

She was born in St. Louis County to Andrew and Margaret Seymour and came of age during the Great Depression. Those early years shaped her thriftiness and resilience, qualities that carried through her life. She enjoyed restoring her old farmhouse in Chisago, playing her organ, traveling across the country, and being a warm and friendly neighbor to many. She also loved caring for her family members whenever they needed her, offering her time and presence generously.

She is survived by her children Peter (Margaret), Phil (Judy), Diane, and Kitty, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She rests now with those who preceded in death including her beloved sister, Karen A. Dincau; former husband, Peter J. Crescenzo; her daughter, Suzanne Taylor; and her son, Andrew Crescenzo.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to take care of your mental health, volunteer your time, and share a meal with friends and neighbors—gestures that honor her legacy of connection and care.
