The second-ranked Wildcats got off to a 3-0 start this season. They opened with a 9-8 comeback win over the Big Lake Hornets in front of the home crowd on Wednesday April 8. They followed that up the next day with an 8-0 road victory over the Monticello Magic.  And they headed to Rocori on Monday, April 13 and came away with a 5-1 win over the Spartans.

Through miscommunication, mostly from this end, the game details were not available in time for this week’s Press. So, expect a longer article next week.

The Wildcats (3-0) will host the Princeton Tigers tonight at 5 p.m. at Chisago Lakes High School. On Monday, April 20 they will head to Cambridge-Isanti High school to take on the Bluejackets at 5 p.m. And on Tuesday, April 21 they will play a rare scheduled doubleheader at home against the Zimmerman Thunder, with the first game starting at 4 p.m. and second game right after that.
