Donna White

Donna Eileen (Meyer) White of Osceola, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully and gracefully from an unknown heart condition while wintering along the Gulf Coast in Biloxi, Mississippi. She was 66.

Donna was born April 24, 1959, in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Lois and Richard Meyer. During high school, her family moved north to Lindstrom, where she met Donald, her high school sweetheart. They married in 1979 and shared a loving, happy marriage until his passing in 2007. Together they raised two daughters, Rachel and Emily.

Donna graduated with honors in Accounting from St. Catherine University, an accomplishment she was deeply proud of and one that reflected her discipline, intelligence and work ethic.

In 2009, Donna’s heart opened again when she met and fell in love with Tom Schulte. Over the last 16 years, they built a life full of adventure and comfort – traveling the world, tending to their beloved chicken ranch, and spending countless evenings on the deck around a campfire. Donna loved a good glass of whiskey or wine and even more so the conversations that came with it, always rich with laughter and storytelling. She had many hobbies that she approached with the same vigor and attention to detail that she brought to everyday life.

Donna cherished her friendships, forming deep and meaningful connections at every stage of her life. From phone calls and drinks on the deck to golf evenings, time with the bowling babes and showing up without hesitation during moments of hardship, Donna was always there. She was known not only for enjoying friendships, but for being a truly good friend – steadfast, generous and fiercely loyal. She was an exceptional caregiver and the person you wanted in your corner when the chips were down.

Nothing brought Donna as much joy as playing with and loving on her grandchildren Raya, Liam, and Olivia. She would gladly join them on the floor to play games or pull them into her lap to read a story.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Don; her beloved mother-in-law, Carolyn; father-in-law, Edwin; brothers-in-law, Robert White and Brad Schulte; and other dear friends and family who welcomed her with open arms.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Schulte; daughters, Rachel (Mike) Mandolfo and Emily (Josh) Hansen; her stepson, Benjamin (Gaby) Schulte; and her cherished grandchildren, Raya, Liam and Olivia. She is also survived by her siblings, Laurel Meyer, Diane (Kevin) Whaley, Linda (Brad) Bauman, and Richard (Wendy) Meyer; Don’s siblings, Deloris White, Ron (Beverly) White, Randy (Roxanne) White, John (Dawn) White and Ed (Anne) White; Tom’s siblings, Mark (Ivy) Schulte and Karen Schulte; and many loving nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

The visitation will be on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 4 to 7pm at Williamson-White Funeral Home in Amery, WI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at noon Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Amery, WI with a visitation one hour prior.
