Norma Strand, age 86, passed away  January 7 at St Croix Hospital, St Croix Falls WI. She is survived by her children Mark (Kathleen) Strand and Becky Strand, brother Roger (Joan) Boleman, sister Willi Kenedy, brother-in-law Lloyd, sister-in-law Ricky, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held Saturday June 27, 2026 at 11 AM at Franconia Cemetery in Franconia, MN. Luncheon to follow at First Lutheran Church in Taylors Falls, MN .In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Crex Meadows in Grantsburg,WI,  or a local historical or humane society.
