A vehicle operator was cited for property damage and trespassed out of Ojiketa Park, Chisago City by authorities until local officials report restitution is addressed for ripping up grass.

March 6

A truck caught fire at Kwik Trip in Stacy and firefighters were sent about 6:20 a.m. The cause is thought to be a nest discovered in the engine compartment of the little-used vehicle. No injuries reported.

A two vehicle crash reported about 7:25 p.m.on North Lake Drive Nessel Township. No injuries. One driver arrest for DUI.

Report of carbon monoxide suspected in address on Railroad Avenue in Chisago City, about 1:45 a.m. No carbon monoxide located when Chisago firefighters arrived.

Deer remains and bags of leaves and debris found dumped at a clear area in Carlos Avery, just off  Stacy Trail.

Early in the morning  a car fire at Lake Blvd and Sportsman Drive, result of two car crash. One person suffered head injury.

A 50-year-old female arrested for assaulting a staffer at a motel in Chisago City. Incident called in about 8:20 p.m.
