The state’s Clemency Review Commission is going to consider a request to clear the record of a local man who was convicted for assault in 2013.  Allan Holm  seeks clemency, he says,  so he can be allowed to have firearms for hunting and shooting sports.

He also states in his request that he is active in his church community and works continuously on anger progression awareness.  He holds a foster home license in Isanti County and has training for firearms safety and the background to be allowed to possess firearms responsibly.
