There was a call March 16 reporting a fight at Chisago Lakes Middle School. Lakes Area Police and the county are looking into the incident.

March 17

A SWAT unit was called out to assist in apprehending a subject at an address on Greenlawn Ave in North Branch about 2:30 a.m. Residence was eventually cleared, the actual arrest was tied to a traffic stop.

March 18

Call of a suspicious vehicle at rest stop at Goose Creek near Harris about 3 a.m.  Deputy made arrest of two subjects with warrants out of Wisconsin and reportedly seized about 60 grams of a substance thought to be fentanyl.

Gas leak reported at home on Hidden Forest Blvd about 6:15 p.m. No leak detected by responding agencies.

Fire called in at house on 350th in Shafer Township about 3:30 a.m.  Extinguished when firefighters arrived.

March 19

Gas leak called in at home on Andrews Ave in Lindstrom  about 12:20 a.m. No leak found.

A traffic stop on Highway 8 at Grand Avenue in Center City shortly after midnight.  An arrest was made for possession of a not insignificant amount of cocaine resulted. Individual also had expired tabs and was driving erratically.

Vaping citation to a juvenile for vaping while on the school bus.
