Michael Lee Holt was born March 30, 1944 to Jean (Corey) Holt and LeRoy Holt. He passed away May 19, 2026.

Michael graduated from Chisago City High School in 1962.  He went on to graduate from Dunwoody College of Technology in 1964,  Michael was drafted by the Army in 1967. He was discharged in 1969. 

Michael married Janet Dukek on May 22, 1971.  He  worked for Northwestern Bell from 1969 to 2008.

Michael is survived by wife Janet, son Matthew (Sara) Holt, son Donald (Melinda) Holt, daughter Susan (Johnathan) Sabie, grandchildren Thomas and Natalie Holt. 

Michael enjoyed bicycling and cross country skiing with his family.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents Jean and LeRoy Holt, Peggy (Seaman), Ronald Holt and Connie Christensen.

A private service will be held at Fort Snelling.
