Lakes Area Police got reports of houses being egged over the past week.

August 27

Deputies and Lakes Area personnel were called in to search for a suspect involved in an alleged assault. A perimeter was set up at Wildwood Campground outside of Taylors Falls about 10 p.m. No arrest was made and the county halted the effort later. No information on the alleged victim was available.

August 24

A driver of a car that went off the road and into a cornfield reportedly registered over point-four percent blood alcohol in a portable breath test, and was taken into custody and vehicle seized. The incident was reported about 7 p.m. near 310th and Tern Avenue.
