Patricia Ann Moody, age 97 of Center City, Minnesota, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2026.  She was born on February 5, 1929 in Lindstrom, Minnesota to parents Martin and Hildred Haferman.  She graduated from Lindstrom-Center City High School in 1947. Pat Attended St. Cloud State Teacher’s College and later served as a teacher’s aide at Chisago lakes Elementary School.  She also enjoyed working at Skinner’s, later Ellie’s dress shop.  Patricia married John Moody on June 11, 1950.  

She loved her children, grandchildren, her great great grandchildren, and the University of Minnesota Basketball Team.  She enjoyed following the sporting events of her children and grandchildren.  She also enjoyed vacationing in Hawaii with her husband John.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband John, son Terry, parents Martin and Hildred, and her sister Joyce Kerber.

She is survived by Craig (Andrea), Dan (Sandy), Mark (Mary), and Kyle (Emelia), grandchildren Peter Moody, Tim Moody, Laura Peloquin, Thomas Moody, Christian Moody, Patrick Moody, John Moody, Lauren Moody, Noah Moody, 19 great grandchildren; as well as   sister Mary Christensen, and her brother Mark Haferman.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lindstrom, on Monday, September 14, 2026 with visitation being held one hour prior to the service at church.  Interment with be held at Hillside Cemetery in Center City.  Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom.  Condolences may be expressed online at www.grandstrandfh.com
