K.O. Days Grand Marshal is adored school teacher, coach

This year’s Karl Oskar Parade Grand Marshal learned pretty quickly when he started teaching 35 years ago at Chisago Lakes Middle School, that the best way to connect with students was to think like a kid. Be open to possibilities, ask questions and make the day-to-day stuff fun and the learning will take care of itself.
