Local singers receive warm welcome in Sweden

Unexpected Company Chorale from the Lakes Area was in Algutsboda, Sweden posing in front of the sign celebrating the sister city relationship between Algutsboda and Chisago City, prior to their concert in the beautiful Swedish church. “Our third concert was amazing, alongside the Mixed Voices choir in Algutsboda!” Michelle Hein, one of the Unexpected Company singers, said. “This community treated us like family. They fed us a delicious traditional Swedish meal and shared their history with us.”
