Shafer Days wraps up area city's festivals

Shafer Days included the Chisago Lakes Ukelele Club concert in front of the fire hall, Grand marshal Ron Elfstrand was honored in the parade, and a bank robbery re-enactment and the skit in front of the old bank building. Costumed volunteers included Sheriff Brandon Thyen and people with the Good Neighbors Club.
