Dick, Zack, and Zacharias of Frankie’s Live Bait and Marine reported earlier this week that area lakes are fishing well for bass. Plastic worms and spinnerbaits worked at the weed lines and around docks has been successful.

The panfish continue to bite on small leeches and tipped flu-flu jigs under slip bobbers in 6’10” of water.

Walleyes are a bit tough to find, but a few are being picked up in 16 to 20 feet of water using leeches on live bait rigs and suspended under slip bobbers.
