McNally led UMM in scoring with a 12.9 average this season, placing him ninth in the UMAC. His 5.1 rebounds per game placed him 10th in the conference.
McNally finished his Cougar career with 1353 points, placing 11th all-time for the school. He also collected 513 rebounds and is only the 10th player in Cougar history to score at least 1000 points and gather 500 rebounds. Over his four-year career, he average 51 percent from the field, 78 percent of his freethrows and 39 percent from three-point distance. He was named UMAC player of the week three times and and was chosen to the D3hoops.com national team of the week earlier this year.
McNally is a also the co-recipient of the Rick Rose Award, presented to the member of the men's basketball team who exemplifies the qualities Rose displayed while part of the basketball program.
McNally, a 2003 graduate of Chisago Lakes High School, will graduate this spring with a degree in mathematics. He hopes to teach secondary mathematics and coach.
He is the son of Dan and Vicki McNally of Lindstrom.
