Lakeside fourth graders participated in the school's annual Science Fair Thursday, April 2. Students completed projects and were interviewed by volunteers on how well they knew their research. Above, left, Rebecca Nohava is interviewed on her project, "The Life Cycle of Stars" and above, left, Andrea Ziegler explains her project, "Will Water or Applesauce in Place of Oil Effect the Taste or Texture of a Cake?" Other projects topics included solar energy, electricity, tornadoes, energy drinks, bacteria, sugared cereals, popcorn, dolphins, diabetes, polar bears, rainbows, plants, snoring, owl pellets and pollution.
