August 2 vandalism to stop signs discovered painted over all-white. The county highway department was notified to replace the items. The signs were at southbound and eastbound County Road 9 and 20 in Chisago Lake Township North.

July 30 a microwave oven caught fire at a residence on Broadway Ave. in Lindstrom, reported about 11:30 a.m. Lindstrom firefighters took care of the matter.

July 29 an ATV crash reportedly injured a 16-year-old Mora male, while he was riding on Basswood Avenue in Nessel Township. Accident was reported about 5:20 p.m.

July 28 a theft from an automobile reported about 6:30 p.m. from a car at the interchange, at 35 and #17 park & ride lot in Lent Township. A car window was smashed.

July 27 a vehicle fire was reported about noon near 355th and County Road 14 in Chisago Lake Township North. Lindstrom firefighters responded. The theft of a table and chairs was reported from Roxy's Bistro in Rush City. A soda pop vending machine was taken from A-1 Tire Service in Stacy. The machine has a Pepsi logo on it. Theft was probably overnight July 26, and was discovered first thing July 27.
