Kenneth F. Westphal, age 90 of Lindstrom, formerly of West St. Paul, passed away August 19, 2009.

Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He was born in St. Paul to parents Benjamin and Katherine Westphal.

Ken is preceded in death by wife Doris; baby daughter, parents Benjamin and Katherine; and three brothers Howard, Benjamin and Gilbert. He is survived by son, Robert (Diane), three grandchildren Ron (Lisa), Sueann (Chuck) Patraw, and Mary (Mark) Rohr, and seven great-grandchildren.

Ken served in the US Army during WWII, 259th infantry.

Funeral Services were Tuesday August 25, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lindstrom. Interment at Fairview Cemetery in Lindstrom.

The family would like to thank the staff at Margaret S. Parmly Residence and the staff of Hospice for the love and care they gave Ken.
