Students participating in a multi-week research project at Chisago Lakes Middle School known as History Day, have the option of writing and performing a live skit to portray their character's role in shaping history. That's just what Emmelie Dabill (in shawl) and Viveka Amundson did at CLMS. The seventh graders performed as Harriet Beecher and sister Katherine Beecher, before a full house of parents and students last week at the History Day display night at the school.
