Lakeside third graders in Mrs. Carlson's class performed Over The Bridge, a musical based on The Three Billy Goats Gruff, to students and family members with eight performances throughout the week of May 18. The story is a familiar one of a troll and the goats he thinks he wants to eat. There are frogs, birds, ladybugs, bees, butterflies , and flowers in the meadow in Norway, along with yodelers whose yodel is frequently heard in the mountains. With humor, cooperation and understanding they all work together to teach the troll about friendship and sharing.
