Trapper Phil has more than 20 years of experience to share on the damage and benefits to our lawn and gardens from our favorite little critters of moles, voles, and gophers. He is a lifetime member of the National Trapping Association and has attended many conventions on the subject.
Trapper Phil will be a presenter on these critters at our Chisago County Master Gardener Bonanza Saturday, March 13 at the Chisago Lake Lutheran Church in Center City. There will be many other classes on a variety of gardening and homeowner subjects. The Bonanza will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at a cost of $10 for the day.
We will also have information about our Spring Class Series, plant orders, soil testing kits available, as well as a pamphlets available on many fruits and vegetables. There will be more than twenty local vendors and garden centers to visit, free nitrate water testing from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., and so much more. You can buy beverages, rolls and lunch if you so choose.
