Clayton E. Bliss
He was born on March 25, 1923 in Minneapolis.
Clayton is preceded in death by mother Myrtle Oslund.
He is survived by daughter Bonnie Jean Elder.
Clayton grew up in Mora, Minnesota.
He served in the Coast Guard and the Merchant Marines during World War II.
He attended the University of Minnesota receiving a Bachelor of Science degree.
He had a career in teaching Agriculture for the GI program.
Clayton has lived in Chisago City for the past 15 years.
Visitation 2-3 p.m. Friday, November 5, at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. Interment at Hillside Cemetery in Center City.
Memorials are preferred to The Native American Rights Fund.
