Lorraine M. Farnum, age 82 of Chisago City, passed away June 17, 2011. Lorraine was born in Foley, Minnesota on November 9, 1928 to parents Joseph and Esther Biederman. She is preceded in death by husband Wayne; sons Thomas and Timothy; brothers Emil and Norbert Biederman. She is survived by daughters Patricia (Gordon) Beise and Therese (Greg) Shaleen; daughter-in-law Lori (Steve) Jackson; 10 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sisters Lola Farnum, Bernadine (Fritz) Hornby, and Lucille Overbaugh and many other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial was Monday, June 20, 2011 at St. Bridget of Sweden Catholic Church in Lindstrom. Interment at South Green Lake Cemetery in Chisago City. Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. Condolences may be left online at www.grandstrandfh.com.
