Joyce M. Shogren, of Center City died Thursday March 10, at the age of 82.

Joyce was born November 13, 1928 in Franconia Twp. to Nels and Josephine Nelson. She graduated from Lindstrom-Center City High School. On October 17, 1948 she married Lyndon "Bud" Shogren at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lindstrom. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, canning and her friends and family.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bud, grandson Robert Alan Campbell and several siblings. She is survived by her daughters Nancy Burch of Dresser, Wisc. Connie and her husband John Campbell of Center City, grandchildren Jeffrey Burch, Karla Fiorella, John Campbell Jr., great-grandchildren Tanner Burch, Emily, Naomi, Eva, Amy Fiorella, Lydia Campbell, sister Janet Lundell of Lindstrom, numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will have private graveside services in the spring at Hillside Cemetery in Center City. Condolences may be left at www.grandstrandfh.com.
