Patricia Walker Hoffmann, "Pat", age 88 of Chisago Lakes, MN.

Died peacefully with family present on November 4, 2011. Preceded by beloved husband of 42 years, Edward; parents George and Grace; brother Ron (Elsa); sister Peggy and son-in-law Jeff Loeffler. Very beloved by remaining family; children: Dan (Galina), Ron (Kathy), Cyndy and Ray.; grandchildren: Bryan (Laura), John Edward (Cassie), Abe (Amy), Sarah (Adam), Jake (Anna), Joseph (Misha), Reed and Lily; step grandchildren: Olesya (Dima), Holly (Jeff), Kim (Chad); great grandchildren: Andrew, Emily, Sydney, Larkyn and Paige; step great grandchildren: Timosha, Lev, Ella, Sophia, Chad Michael and Jack, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Fondly remembered for her love of family and friends. She was the link connecting us long before "Facebook"!

Funeral Service 11 a.m. Monday, November 21, at First United Methodist Church, 30828 Irene Ave., Lindstrom, MN. Visitation 2 - 4 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. Private interment at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis.
