JoAnn M. Boudin, age 68, of North Branch died Friday, September 30, 2011 at her residence after a long struggle with cancer.

JoAnn was born on December 11, 1942 in Duluth to Joseph and Josephine (Lebrie) Lambert. She was raised in Hermantown and graduated from high school there in 1960. After high school she moved to the Twin Cities to work. She met Ralph Boudin and they were married at St. Joseph's Church in Proctor on August 25, 1962. JoAnn owned Boudin Tax Service in Lindstrom, where she worked as a tax preparer for 37 years. JoAnn will always be remembered for her love of Elvis, yellow roses, computer games and time spent with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Ralph; daughters, Theresa Harger of Norfolk, VA; Micelle (Matt) Jordan of Big Lake; Cindy (Bob) Haverkost of Medford, OR; sons, Bryan (Tammy) of Lindstrom and Lance of Alexandria; brother, Tommy (Barb) Lambert of Mahtowa. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Josephine and brothers, Omar, Leo and Ray as well as her step father, Walter Peterson.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. from St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in North Branch with Fr. Donald DeGrood officiating. Music provided by Cathie Hendren. Visitation 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, October 4 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch and also one hour prior to mass on Wednesday. Interment followed the service at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in North Branch.
