North Branch welcomes new staff

North Branch Schools welcome new instructors and one new counselor to the district for the upcoming school year. The teachers receive some instruction of their own in the North Branch Dist. Mentorship Program. Incoming staff last week were paired with veterans in the district also working in the same educational disciplines. Dona Yetter, coordinator of teacher development, said North Branch has had a mentorship program since 1990. They then have a friend and role model with whom they can bounce ideas off of and who act as specialized mentors on curriculum and programming unique to North Branch schools.
