Arts Council-supported play performance at Lakeside School
Have you ever said someone was a klutz? Or said something was schlock? Or said yadda yadda yadda when someone was talking too much?
Well, you were speaking Yiddish!! Marilyn Mays and Mary Sicora have been directing 12 middle school students for a performance of Yiddish Tales (or Kibitizers and Fools). The performance is full of jokes and folk tales. It will take place Tuesday, April 23 at 5 pm on the Lakeside Elementary School Stage. The public is invited, and as always, it is free of charge. Zayn gezundt! (Be in good health!) Come and see our play! And may you live to be one hundred and twenty!
Community Education organizes the Middle School Acting Club and this activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the East Central Regional Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
