Margie S. Hann, age 76 of Center City died on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul.
Margie was born January 6, 1937 in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin to parents, Manfred and Vivian (Hollsten) Rylander. Margie attended Chi Hi and graduated in 1956. She married Paul Hann in May of 1986. Margie was a homemaker most of her life but also worked at the Chisago County Courthouse as a Maintenance Engineer and at her daughter Wendy's nursery and greenhouse for many years. She loved fishing, collecting marbles, going to auctions with Paul and loved wearing her colorful hats.
Margie is survived by her loving husband, Paul; children, Mike Nelson, Mark Nelson, Dan (Kelly) Nelson; Cathy (Tim) McLean and Wendy (Pat) Nelsen; brothers, Robert (Sue) Rylander and Vernon (Pat) Rylander; sister, Shirley Fairbanks and her nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Memorial services 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom with Rev. Craig Lundstad-Vogt officiating. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday. Family interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Paul Hann. Arrangements were by Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. Condolences maybe left at www.grandstrandfh.com
