The chili cooking contest was held at the North Branch American Legion Friday night and pictured are all who participated. Winners were chosen as Peoples’ Choice, with this honor going to the recipe entered by John and Jaelynn Parenteau and the Judges’ Choice was awarded to the entry from Josiah Knutson. Admission was $5 which allowed the public to sample of five chili recipes and then people could vote for their favorite.
