Patricia Fae Henningsgaard, age 78, of Center City passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016, at Ecumen North Branch while surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born January 12, 1938 in Canby, Minnesota.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Myrtle (Burlingame) Craigmile.  She will be greatly missed by her devoted husband of 56 years, John Henningsgaard, and children Beret (Paul) Guidera of Plymouth; Laura (Dan) Johnson of Blaine; Lisa Rae of Minneapolis; Karin Roberts of Rogers and James Henningsgaard of Eugene, OR; grandchildren Kate (Matt) West, Sarah and Abby Guidera, Brian and Dylan Sarvela, Athina Mitakis, Taylor, Mackenzie and Kyleigh Roberts and Zack Henningsgaard; siblings Bonnie LaBeau of Minneapolis, Judy (Bruce) Dushack of Villages, FL, Ronald (Nancy) Craigmile of Wabasha, Betty (Kenny) McKeen of Spirit Lake, IA and many nieces and nephews.  

Patricia received an Education Degree from St. Cloud State University.  As an elementary school teacher for many years, she touched the lives of students in the Bloomington, Anoka and Chisago Lakes School Districts.  She was talented artistically and musically, and enjoyed sewing, knitting, painting, playing the piano, baking, reading and antiquing.  She was a devoted wife and mother and created a warm and loving home.  Patricia was committed to family and grounded in faith.  She lived her faith well and participated and served in church activities her entire life.  Her love, care, humor and presence will be greatly missed.
 
Visitation Thursday, Nov. 17 from 4-7 pm with a time for sharing memories at 6 pm at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom.

Memorial services will be  1 pm Friday, Nov. 18 at Antelope Hills Christian Church in Canby followed by a luncheon and burial service at the Canby City Cemetery.
