A counterfeit $20 was confiscated at Holiday in Rush City. Bill was received in the night shift.
A few incidents reprted related to the county fairgrounds last week. A man with a knife reportedly threatened some people in an altercation, about 2 a.m., but was gone from the scene when deputies arrived.
July 21 an arest warrant was behind appearance of law enforcement at a house on Wenell Avenue near Almelund about 7:30 p.m. The suspects sought would not exit the home. When the owner of the property gave consent to enter two suspects were apprehended on warrants. The incident lasted about two hours.
July 20
A residential burglary reported at a Freeport Avenue Wyoming address.
July 19 a man fishing at the Sunrise Pool off Kable Avenue reported theft of tackle from his pickup.
July 16 vandals at the Rush City High School ballfield. Damages to pop machine, broken glass in dugouts and garbage strewn.
