Harold Curran (Toni) Angus was born January 25, 1939 in Algona, Iowa.  He attended school in Burt, Iowa where he graduated high school in 1957.  Toni married Janice Wallace in Blue Earth, Minnesota in 1961.  He went on to Wheaton College in Wheat, Illinois for one year, then to Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in Owatonna, Minnesota and graduated in 1964.  He took graduate work at the University of Alaska in 1994.  

Toni had various places of employment, including being a traveling salesman for Power Tools Company in the 1970’s, pastoring churches and teaching in Christian Schools, driving truck for Q Carriers and Michelson Truck Lines, owning his own truck and being self employed by roofing, painting, and trapping leeches.  His last and biggest love was working with Nations One for Christ in Canada helping get Christian Radio set up in remote reserves, his favorite being Mishkeegogamong/Pickle Lake, Ontario.

He is preceded in death by his parents Harold and Lois Angus.  He is survived by his wife Janice Angus; sons Chris (Jean) Angus of Lindstrom, Minnesota and Mark Angus of Winnipeg, Manitoba; grandchildren Charles Angus, David Angus, Sara (Cody) Halpen, and Christine Angus, great grandson Chrystiano; many cousins, nieces, nephews, three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law.

Memorial Service 2 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Chisago Lakes Baptist Church in Chisago City, Minnesota with visitation one hour prior to the service at church.  Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery in Algona, Iowa at a later date. Arrangements by Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom, Minnesota.
