May 16 shooting of firearms for well over an hour straight, in the vicinity of East Viking Blvd. Chisago City. Call came in about 3 p.m.
May 15 Lakes Area called out to aid Wisconsin in pursuit about 3:40 a.m. The suspect crashed in Taylors Falls but continued on and ditched the vehicle and fled on foot. He was located and placed in custody.
May 14 report of boat motor and battery charger stolen from barn in Harris.
May 13 a couple of hands free cellphone use violations ticketed.
A fight at the Chisago Lakes Middle School resulted in Lakes Area doing interviews and forwarding the case for charges possibly. Fight reported a little after noon.
No injuries reported in two vehicle collision at Mentzer and Olinda Trail in Lindstrom, when a 22 year old female hit a southbound car in the rear, as it slowed to turn.
May 12 two vehicles crashed at Lofton and Old Towne at the Hwy. 8 intersection. One was turning left (west) on the highway and the other vehicle was entering the intersection south on Lofton. Crash happened about 6:20 p.m. No transport needed.
A field fire in Sunrise Township near 460th, about 6:30 p.m. may result in charges. Rush City firefighters reported there have been issues with this property owner before and this incident was sent up to review for charges.
