June 12 a complaint about an aircraft flying too low over rural Center City was looked into.  The aircraft required distance from the ground  is 500 feet in an “unpopulated” area and 1,200 in populous areas and it was agreed the pilot was in an unpopulated area, so the height was fine in this case.

June 11 County patrol found an ATV off the side of the road north of Lindstrom about 3:28 a.m. Heard a person fleeing in the surrounding woods, called in a K9 unit but unable to locate person originally operating the ATV.

June 10 A semi truck hit a pole in the area of Flink and 425, Harris. ECE was called to repair equipment, no injury to driver, no signs of impairment.

A traffic stop of a motorcycle at Hwy 95 and I-35 resulted in DUI arrest and determination the motorcycle was stolen.  
June 9  Report to sheriff of three firearms and two dirtbikes stolen from address on 310th St.

Lakes Area sent to an address at Lakeside Drive to take report of juveniles robbed at gunpoit. The call came in about 2:20 a.m. The victims claimed the four or five robbers jumped ut of a car and pulled guns and took items. No good descriptions of perpetrators or vehicles.

June 8
Female accused of assaulting patron at Rush City VFW about 8 p.m. No charges pursuued management just wanted the suspect removed from site.

June 6 One car was found in ditch off Rush Point Drive, woman was crawling back up embankment and advised patrol unit the male driver had fled.  Upon investigation it was learned car was reported stolen, with female being the suspect described. State accident report is pending.

Lakes Area Police got a report of someone stuck in the “baby swing” at the playground at Pleasant Avenue in Lindstrom, about 8 p.m.  Officer came prepared and cut the victim out of the swingseat.
