There is a great magic show at the tent that begins at 2:45 p.m.
Back at the church, enjoy a community pig roast from 4-6 p.m. The event is free and oh so good. Bring a lawnchair.

Plenty to do and oh so close to home.
Please join me Wednesday at the Relay For Life event held at Chisago Lake Lutheran Church in Center City. All of us have been touched by cancer in some way. This is a moving event that pays homage to those who lost their battle with this disgusting disease. I would encourage you to come out, you will be glad you did.
Everyone is invited to come to The Northern Lake Tavern & Grill Thursday. The crew from Twin Cities Live will be doing their entire show from the restaurant. The show was also slated to be in downtown Lindstrom this week at Farm & Thread.
Finally, two shout outs this week. Congrats to Alli and Neal on the birth of their daughter Jordan. You will be great parents.
Happy Birthday to Helen Fosdick my Swedish teacher from high school. Helen turns 100 August 7. She was a staple at Chisago Lakes high school for decades.
