Harris man seriously hurt in collision between bicycle and SUV
The state patrol is investigating a bicycle-SUV crash on Highway 61 at 264th Street Wednesday, July 25. The incident was reported about 8 p.m. Wyoming Police also responded.
According to preliminary details from the patrol, a bicycle rider was crossing the highway from west to east, and was struck by a Pathfinder driven by 72-year old Frank Ballis, from Stacy.
The State Patrol Information Office identified the bike rider as Tony Lachapelle, 46, from Harris.
Lachapelle was transported to Regions for injuries, which were described as life threatening by the patrol.
