Pastor LeMoyne (Lee) Boleman, 89, left his earthly life on January 31, 2025, at The Homestead Care Center in Anoka MN. Lee was born on August 31, 1935, in Grand Rapids, MN. He grew up on two farms near Taylors Falls, MN, where he also graduated from high school. He then joined the US Army and was based in Germany, where he met the love of his life, Erika “Ricky” Waack. They were married on June 1, 1957, and began their 67-year journey together. Lee attended Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN, and Augustana Seminary in Rock Island, IL. Once ordained, Lee served churches in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Alaska. Lee and Ricky enjoyed their many travels, their cabin in northwest Wisconsin, their friends around the world. 

Lee will be missed deeply by his wife Erika “Ricky” Boleman, and his four children; Kerstine (Tom) Niebler, Annette (Jim) Bocchi, Erik (Elly) Boleman, and Jeffrey Boleman as well as his eightgrandchildren/spouses and his 13 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 2, 2025, at 2 pm, at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Taylors Falls, MN.
