November Entrepreneur Workshop – Customer service that keeps them coming back

Local entrepreneurs, small business owners, and aspiring business owners are invited to participate in an upcoming Entrepreneur Workshop Series, featuring practical topics designed to help businesses grow and succeed.

The November workshop, “Customer Service That Keeps Them Coming Back!”, will be held on Wednesday, November 4, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Isanti Community Center, located at 208 1/2 1st Ave NW in Isanti.

Featured speakers include Grant Wilsey, Walmart Manager, and Amy Rockstad of Rockstad and Co. Relics and Wares. They will share practical insights, ideas, and perspectives on creating positive customer experiences that encourage customer loyalty and keep customers coming back.

Providing excellent customer service is an important part of building a successful business. Attendees will gain useful ideas they can apply to their own customer interactions and business practices, whether they are launching a new business or looking to strengthen an established one.
