Venzel Lindholm

Venzel Llewellyn Lindholm passed away on July 27, 2023 at St. John's Hospital. He was born April 9, 1927 in Harris, MN to Esther and Charles Lindholm. His elementary school was a one room schoolhouse called Willow Grove School. In the winter he and his older brother would ski to school to shorten the distance by a mile and a half. At the age of 17, Venzel enlisted in the Navy and was stationed in the Pacific for the duration of World War II. On October 18, 1947 he married Ruth Irene Widell. They celebrated 69 years of marriage.
