Marjorie M. "Mitzi" (nee Wollan) Jameson, age 56, of Almelund, died Feb. 4, 2004.

She was born Nov. 12, 1947, in Minneapolis, to parents Francis (Bud) and Evelyn Wollan. She graduated from Forest Lake High School in 1965 and Mankato State University with a degree in education in 1969.

She married Charles Jameson, in Hugo, in May of 1970 and spent her 28 year career as a substitute teacher in the Forest Lake Schools.

She has an unconditional love for her German shepherd dogs, as well as farming, raising and showing horses. She also enjoyed touring the countryside with her husband and friends on their motorcycle.

Marjorie is preceded in death by her sister Veronica Geiger.

She is survived by husband, Charles; daughter, Stephanie Jameson (David Maki); dog, Cutty; parents, Bud and Evelyn Wollan; sister, Sonja (Steve) Ramsey; nephews: Nick, Brett and Adam.

Funeral services were held Saturday Feb. 7, 2004, at St. Bridget's Catholic Church, in Lindstrom. Interment at Sunrise Cemetery, in Sunrise, MN. Special thanks to hospice for their help and support.
