Don is survived by his wife, Dorothy.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Eva; and brothers: Earl, Lorenzo and Willard.
Don was an engineer with Unisys Corp. During WWII Don survived a crash landing in a B-24 and spent the rest of the war in an internment camp. He was wounded when the plane crashed and he was awarded a Purple Heart, along with several other medals.
Saturday, April 30, 2005, at 10 a.m. three planes flew over Dew Drop Bay in a “Missing Man Formation,” a final tribute to a fallen comrade. He will be missed by his wife, Dorothy, relatives and many friends among them are all of us here at Dew Drop Bay.
