Olga Marjorie Dolores (Kindgren) Dueholm, age 92, of Chisago City, was born to Ernest and Alma (Almleaf) Kindgren, in St. Paul, Minn. She went to be with her lord Sept. 28, 2007, shortly after she fell and broke her hip.

At the age of eight, Olga, her mother and sister Ina spent one year in Sweden visiting relatives. She graduated from Minnehaha Academy, attended Macalester College and received her RN degree from Mounds-Midway School of Nursing.

Olga and her husband Neal Dueholm had two daughters and one son; Nancy Kalter, Nadine (Jim) Wheeler and Neal E. Dueholm. They farmed and Olga worked as a nursing supervisor at the Chisago Lutheran Home for the Aged.

She retired to garden, bake, sing in her church choir and enjoy her family. She loved her Lord, her husband of 63 years, her children and her work.

Olga is preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister, Ina Simko.

She is survived by her sister, Janet Ludwigson; her children, grandson Brian (Hope) Christenson, and two great-grandsons, Timothy and Michael Fieldsend.

Memorial service was Tuesday, Oct. 2, at Kost Evangelical Free Church. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Grandstrand Funeral Home, Lindstrom, was in charge of arrangements, 651-257-4000.
