Candice Ouellette
Candice was born March 17, 1971 in Dearborn, Michigan to Kenneth and Pauline (Olson) Bullard. She attended Irondale High School graduating in 1989. She went on to further her education at Minneapolis School of Business. Candice worked as a purchasing manager for many years. She married Doug Ouellette on August 22, 1992. Her life was her children, Colin, Lauren and Morgan.
She is survived by her son, Colin; twin daughters, Lauren and Morgan; mother, Pauline Bullard of Lino Lakes; father, Kenneth Bullard of Blaine; sister, Heather (Marty) Smith of Excelsior; brother, Scott of Minneapolis; grandfather, Don Bullard of Payson, AZ; two nephews Ben and Charlie Smith and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gwen Bullard and Russell and Mamie Olson.
Funeral services Monday, August 10, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Chisago Lake Lutheran Church in Center City with Rev. Craig Lundstad-Vogt officiating. Visitation Sunday, and one hour prior to service at church on Monday. Private family interment. Serving as casketbearers are Ross Hatton, Billy Parrott, Stewart Jorgenson, Roger Kolbow, Jared Kolbow, Brent Kolbow and Jordan Kolbow.
A fund has been established for Candice's children at any U.S. Bank in care of Ouellette Fund.
Arrangements are under the direction of Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom.
